After spending an incredible day with these guys, I can honestly say that their wedding day reflected exactly what was most important to them… Ellaina & Lachlan said ‘we want our wedding day to reflect our faith in God, our love of all things antique, and celebrate our love of the Inner West’. From some time spent with Lachlan and his mates at their new northern beaches home and local beach, to Ellaina’s beautiful family home and backyard, to their incredible Newtown church, graffiti lined streets, vintage London cabs and the simply incredible Grounds of Alexandria, this day showcased so many of the places they love. Ellaina’s grandmother’s precious and simply amazing, delicate wedding gown tied timeless family history and wonderful memories into their day, and being surrounded by close friends and family drove home to me… This day is full of so many things that these guys genuinely love. Their God, their city, their friends and family and without doubt, each other. This day was something else… Elegant, genuine, honest, caring and seriously beautiful. Joanne and I simply found Ellaina & Lachlan’s day a joy to be a part of, and it is a privilege to share.
