Just last week, I spent an hour with Natalie, Sam & their two week old baby… Little Iver. Yep, just one, short hour. It was simple… A stroll along their favourite beach, minutes from home with the goal of capturing some precious images of their brand new human. Some conversation, a few laughs. It’s an opportunity that I didn’t seek out when my own kids were born and something that I deeply regret (the irony that as a photographer, I didn’t create the opportunity to document such an incredible time is definitely not lost on me!)
There is so much value in grabbing even just a few incredible images that completely capture the excitement, joy, pride and overwhelming sense of happiness that literally oozes out of you as parents with your children… It’s something that I can guarantee that you will never regret, and something you will forever hold close to your heart.
